Humboldt Storage & Moving recently attended ARS Restoration Specialist’s 10th Annual Casino Night at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, MA. All proceeds benefited the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation & The Ellie Fund. It was a beautiful night in support of a great, important cause.

The Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation was established in 2004, in loving memory of Gloria Gemma, two years after this wife and mother-of-nine lost her courageous fight against breast cancer. A devout woman, Gloria instilled in her children strong family values and the importance of helping people in need.

All proceeds go to benefit the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Research Foundation and the Ellie Fund. Gloria Gemma’s annual Flames of Hope: Celebration of Life™ weekend is our largest most anticipated event of the year, taking place in Downtown Providence, Rhode Island. The weekend will include Passport to Wellness, Celebration Village, a poignant ceremony at the State House and a Run/Walk Series on Sunday. The Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation is a 501(C)(3) organization, with a tax identification number, and your gift is tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. Team RELCO was a premier Diamond Sponsors at ARS’s 10th Annual Casino Night benefiting the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation and the Ellie Fund. A group of thirty RELCO associates and family members attended the event at Gillette Stadium.

In 2008, the Foundation opened its Resource and Wellness Center, and Gloria’s eldest daughter, Maria Gemma-Corcelli was named the executive director. Through the tireless efforts of Maria and her dedicated staff, the Foundation has developed and implemented numerous programs and services for people living with breast cancer.

The Foundation has a family atmosphere where hugs are plentiful and emotions are never judged. They are there to help all people who are living with breast cancer, which includes patients, survivors, family members, and friends.
